Returns Policy
The customer is entitled to return the good(s) in 7 days from the date of delivery. To enhance the hassle free returns, ensure to follow the return policy guidelines detailed hereafter.
The item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packing. You will need the receipt or the proof of purchase enclosed with the return as applicable.

If your return is accepted,Ā a real time tracking ID and return shipping label will be provided to the customer to enhance the return experience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund process will be initiated within two working days after successful completion of the returns to the hub.
