Returns Policy

The customer is entitled to return the good(s) in 7 days from the date of delivery. To enhance the hassle free returns, ensure to follow the return policy guidelines detailed hereafter.

The item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packing. You will need the receipt or the proof of purchase enclosed with the return as applicable.

If your return is accepted, a real time tracking ID and return shipping label will be provided to the customer to enhance the return experience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund process will be initiated within two working days after successful completion of the returns to the hub.

We work with leading logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, and India Post. Depending on your location and the availability of the product, we may use different shipping partners to fulfill your order.

Delivery Attempts:

Our shipping partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. In case of failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided by you is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order - support@cloc.in. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
