The item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packing. You will need the receipt or the proof of purchase enclosed with the return as applicable.

If your return is accepted, a real time tracking ID and return shipping label will be provided to the customer to enhance the return experience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund process will be initiated within two working days after successful completion of the returns to the hub.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order - support@cloc.in. Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.Close images of damaged products are mandatory to process claim.
