This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Controller and processor roles
For your account information and the operation of the Service, Solvelop LLC is the data controller. For information about your own clients and contacts that you choose to store in CLOC, you are the controller and Solvelop processes that information on your behalf, on your instructions, solely to provide the Service.
Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: operating your account and storing and displaying your content under the Terms of Use.
- Legitimate interests: securing the Service, preventing abuse, and maintaining logs and audit records.
- Legal obligation: where retention or disclosure is required by law.
- Consent: where we ask for it explicitly, which you may withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@cloc.in with "GDPR" in the subject line. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
International transfers
CLOC is operated in the United States. By using the Service from the EEA or UK, you understand your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
